If the situation is having an impact on your mortgage, please contact us and we’ll talk you through your options.

If you’re worried about making your monthly mortgage payments or are already struggling, please call us and we’ll try to help. Simply talking to us won’t affect your credit file – and the sooner you get in touch the better, as there are often more ways we can help.

The NHS has developed a guide for people who have care and support needs, their carers, and people who are planning their future care needs.

Carers UK give expert advice, information and support to those who care for someone else.

It can provide advice on carers rights and Government entitlements (including help with paperwork). It also has carers’ groups so that carers don’t feel like they’re in it alone.

MoneyHelper provides free, clear and unbiased advice on money related issues. You can contact them on 0800 138 7777.

You can also visit its dedicated website section which contains several guides to help you understand what financial support is available to you as a carer.
