Your annual mortgage statement

We’ll be sending out annual mortgage statements, by post to our customers from 17 January onwards, so look out for your statement coming soon.

Whilst we send out mortgage statements once a year, you can see the latest information about your account balance, interest rate and recent payments using our Self-Serve system. This is our secure online mortgage service, which is available 24 hours a day from any device.
